Positive: The location is the best. The only problem - which is out of the owner's hands - is that a new apartment is being built next door. With time, this will get quieter, but for now, unfortunately, it is not the greatest place if you want to sleep later than 7h30 (or later if you do not have a problem with the noise). The sunset view over the sea is amazing, the building is clean and Tatiana was very accommodating with arrival and leaving times. We would love to stay longer or get a place in that area.

Negative: There is nothing much bad to say. There is only the noise from the works next door, where apartment flats are being built. The apartment is great for a short stay, outside of the busy Porto's downtown. The beach in front can also have some wind from the north (as all Portugal's beaches in the north), but that does not affect the indoors, which are great.

Summary: The flat is great and we would love to stay longer
