New sofa, loveseat, recliner, and large flatscreen t.v. Easily sleeps 4-- but also has a queen pull out couch for 2 more. Two chain grocery stores and 3-4 restaurants within a mile of property. Condo has two pools, snack bar (summer), availabilty of rental chairs/umbrellas, wave runner, deck boat, canoe, and much more. Biking friendly.
