As you enter this pristine home you see open plan living/dining room and kitchen that overlooks the pool, large backyard with firepit and deck with outdoor dining and gas grill. The first floor also features a king-sized bedroom with full tub/shower bathroom just steps away. The office with desk and wireless printer complete the downstairs. The second floor consists of a king-size ensuite bedroom with large walk-in shower and a twin bed. The third bedroom features a king sized bed and a trundle bed that can be set up as two twins or made into a king. This large bedroom overlooks the pool, gardens and backyard. The third full bathroom is just outside the door of "pool view" and features a tub/shower. Conveniently located in historic Eastham steps to the bike trail and just a few minutes to beaches! Great restaurants and local attractions are only a moments drive away. The heated saltwater pool will be open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. The pool may be open before and after, weather permitting. Please contact us to be sure pool is open. If the pool is not open, we will remove the maintenance fee.
