Summary: Lovely studio in the city centre. It is located close to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, Heineken Experience, DeLaMar Theatre, Paradiso and many good restaurants and fun pubs. The place is perfect for a couple, family with children and small groups. Keep in mind that the apartment is above a pub/café. However, this is my own café and my staff is very friendly and happy to help you with any problems. You are more than welcome to join for a coffee! The Space: This lovely studio is the perfect base for your trip to Amsterdam! It is situated in the city centre with an amazing canal view! This studio is small, but it can fit 4 persons! It is well decorated and has a great cosy atmosphere. We can offer you a comfortable double bed, where you can take a good night sleep. In the living room there is also comfortable sofa, where you can relax and watch TV, after a long day sightseeing. The sofa could be also used a 2 person bed. The studio features also a modern bathroom. There is no kitchen, but we made a fridge and coffee machine available for you. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay at my place. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire apartment. It's a small place, but you will definitely feel at home here! And please come by to have breakfast, coffee or a nice local beer! The Neighborhood: My B&B is located in the city, at the Prince-Canal. It is 10 minutes walking to the greatest museums of Amsterdam: the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, Amsterdam City Museum and the Heineken Experience. Besides the Utrechtsestraat, 5 minutes from here, can offer you great number of shops and international restaurants. In this neighbourhood you will find everything you need: cultural spots, cosy bars, nice restaurants and local supermarkets. It is also close by 9 streets and Jordan district, where you can find many nice cafe's, restaurants and pubs. Getting Around: Tram 4 from bus stop Prinsengracht will take to to the city centre in 10 minutes! It is also a nice half hour walk to the Central Station. Other Things to Note: Freshly made up beds with the finest quality linen & towels will be waiting for you upon arrival. The studio is on the first floor. I am living myself above it. There is a small pub Marcella under the apartment, which also belongs to me. We serve here freshly made breakfasts from 08.00 daily, we have also a wide-range of lunch-menu, as well as cold & hot drinks. You can also enjoy a heated terrace next to the canals. If you wish to check-in to the apartment between 20:00/8PM and 08:00/8AM, this is possible. Due to the late hour we do charge an extra fee of 20 euro’s between 20:00/8PM & 22:00/10 PM, 40 euros between 22:00/10 PM and 00:00/midnight and 50 euro’s between 00:00/ midnight& 08:00/8AM. Thank you for your understanding! We charge 50 EUR for nightly issues.
