Private 2-story townhouse recently renovated1. Perfect mix of modern finishes and original features. The second floor includes a fully stocked modern kitchen with a coffee and breakfast bar, a spacious dining room, and a 65' cable-ready TV in the living area. Beautiful original brickwork The third floor consists of 3 bedrooms. Plenty of window light, downtown views on one end and Mt. Washington views on the other. Outdoor deck with BBQ, and private parking. Steps away from Southside Flats.
Modern industrial open space with a back deck and downtown views is the perfect location for a family get-together, time out in the city, or work event.
You will have access to the second and third floors. You can enter through the front or back of the property. The second-floor entrance is at the top of the exterior deck.
This property includes parking. You may be able to squeeze a second car behind one in the driveway. The other space is for the commercial tenant downstairs. There is also a designated parking spot directly in front of the property on the street.
**Important note- You must climb steps so we do not recommend this property for people with mobility issues.

Summary: The place was beautiful and clean. Had a few problems though, unable to use Coffee machine - it kept waiting to be descaled and there was nothing to descale it with. The grill did not have a gas container hooked up to it - so unable to grill.
