Over 25s only please. This is a single room in a three bed house, sharing with the owner. The bed is a 90cm wide single. You have sole use of the main bathroom and plenty of storage in your room - wardrobe, locker and chest of drawers. Change of sheets and towels are provided. There is a large kitchen with access to the sunny and secure garden. House is very secure behind electric gates. I am away from home regularly so you would be staying alone in the house sometimes. Maximum stay is 3 months. Stay is only suitable for people who are out working/studying during week days, no work from home guests accepted. No pets. Hairdryer and iron available.
My strict policy for stays of more than 1 month is to ask for 25% payment of the first month's rent, paid 1 month before the stay starts. The remaining 75% of first month is paid on arrival, and each subsequent month is paid at the beginning of each month.
