This is a 2000sqft home with three floors. The first floor has a garage and a small short term rental room. The second floor features a hardwood entry door and functions as its own self contained living area, featuring large kitchen with island, stainless appliances, an indoor garden with fruit and carefully tended bonsai, dining table, my home office area. a large open living room with a sectional and TV, and a deck furnished with outdoor table, lighting, umbrella. and seating. There is a modest sound system and plenty of storage space. The third floor features an office, the spare room, and my master suite. The laundry is
also located on the third floor, as well as a private full bath.
Everything here is brand new, including the house.
For rent is the top floor suite that includes the office, bedroom, and full bath. You could repurpose the office to serve a different need if desired. A homestay visitor would have access to the full house and all amenities I can offer.
I keep a neat home and I pay attention to the decor and the details here. I am looking for someone to share my favorite place in the whole world who is orderly, considerate, and respectful. I am a quiet and gentle person and can get along with anyone. Parking, utilities, and internet are included.
