This Charming Property is ideal for couples getaways. Located in Eagle's nest, on the border of Villamartin and San Miguel. This first floor it has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and a cosy main living area. This apartment has a very traditional feel and finish throughout and its bathroom is the classical blue and white tiles traditional to Spain. Just behind the property is the communal pool which also has a separate children’s pool and a communal garden area too
The Space:
You enter the property and you are straight into the open plan living room and kitchenette. The Kitchenette is equipped with a two burner stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. The living room has a comfortable sofa that folds out into a small sofa- bed, Smart TV. There a small dining table with two chairs. This property also has a balcony overlooking the road that has a table and two chairs perfect for dining al fresco
You turn left from the living room and there is small hallway. To the left you have the bedroom and in front of you is the bathroom. The Bedroom has a Double bed with a built in wardrobe and two bedside cabinets and two chest of draws. The bedroom window also overlooks the communal pool. The Bathroom is decorated with the traditional blue and white tile finish and is equipped with a bath, toilet, sink.

Located in the part of San Miguel known as Eagles Nest, It is ideally placed as you are close to both Villamartin Plaza and The town of San Miguel itself. The nearest bar is only a 10 minute walk away and the nearest restauant is 3 minutes walk away. There is also a newly opened mini golf and paddle court that are both with in a few minutes walk of the apartment. The famous Villamartin Plaza is a 5 minute drive away with shops, a hairdresser and multiple bars and restaurants. San Miguel Town centre is 10 minute drive away. The nearest beach, La Zenia is 10 minute drive away but there are more blue flagged beaches in the vicinity so the choice is yours. There are also 4 golf courses within a 15 minute drive, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas and Campomor. For shopping Zenia Boulevard, Costa Blanca’s largest shopping centre is just a 10 minute drive away too.
