The house is on a secluded road, Radway, which borders the old E & N Railway and the Old Mill Park on Shawnigan Lake. Easy walk to the beach on hot summer days and with a concrete floor this lower suite is always cool. Minutes drive to two other local beaches, Masons and Government Wharf (boat dock also), as well as boat dock on Recreation Road, minutes away. Room to bring your boat to this property. Twenty minutes from Cowichan Bay and Duncan. Ten minutes to Mill Bay. Minutes drive to Shawnigan Village, St. Johns Academy and Shawnigan Lake School. Langford in Victoria 30 minute drive.
