Unwind into vacation mode in the sizable living area furnished with comfortable seating and in the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. First floor will also include main bedroom with private bath and on the second level another two guest rooms with full bath. Monomoy Wildlife Refuge on Morris Island is another beautiful spot nearby, ideal for saltwater fishing. Upon Cancellation for ANY reason, monies will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due and non refundable Administrative Fee, only if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby's International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
