Getting Around:
Vehicle is recommended, with 4x4 or AWD in the winter. Ride shares may be unreliable.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Air Conditioning: There's a total of 13 window units at the Compound. Nine units in the Main House: two window units in the dining-room, one window unit in the living-room, one window unit in Bedroom #1, one window unit in Bedroom #2, one window unit in Bedroom #3, one window unit in Bedroom #4, one window unit in Bedroom #5 and one window unit in Bedroom #6. Four units in the Carriage House: two window units in the living-room, one window unit in Bedroom #8 and one window unit in Bedroom #9. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Pets: Cats are not allowed on the property. Dogs are allowed on the property. The following charges will apply: $150 plus tax for the first pet and $50 plus tax for each additional pet.
