Summary: The room was very neglected! The curtains were torn, the carpet was ripped, molding was coming off as was a towel bar and soap pulled her in the bathroom. The furniture was old, dirty/stained. Sofa couch bed was ancient with Springs practically poking through the mattress was filthy. Surfaces appeared clean but there was quite a bit of dust behind every piece of furniture and on the lights. The staff was really nice though.
