Home Theatre: Custom Stadium Seating for 10, Amazing Sound System, and commercial style popcorn machine for the real "movie-style" experience.

Comforts: Three separate temp controls for comfort on different floors of home, on-demand hot water, Surround Sound throughout main level of home and outside patio (volume control in each room). Pickleball Court, Outside Sound System, large gas grill (propane included), 65” outdoor Smart TV, corn hole, and fenced in back yard. Outside has 20 seating options.
Privately owned Dock/Pier (in front of house) on Canal: Great fishing - Bring your fishing poles and/or boat (27 ft or less). 4 Kayaks provided with life jackets.
Parking: No more than 4 vehicles. No street parking is allowed. No parking in the lawn.
Fun fact: The home is conveniently located less than 2 miles from golfing, boat launches, boat rentals, a beach, fishing, Marina, and hiking trails. When ready to explore, Crystal River has so much to offer which includes swimming with the manatees, fishing, scalloping, air boat tours, state parks, boat rentals, excellent restaurants and much more!
