Rest assured, the property offers privacy and guests will have full, private access to the pool and outdoor spaces. The cottage is one level and the layout of the unit is described below:
LIVING ROOM: Queen sleeper sofa, bar area with shaker set and various drinking glasses, two armchairs, smart TV (please login to your own streaming services), coffee table, and games (Chess, Scrabble, and a deck of cards).
DINING AREA: Dining table with 4 chairs. 4 additional barstools are offered at the kitchen bar.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances (fridge and dishwasher, but please note that this unit does NOT have a stove/oven. A two burner hot plate is provided on the counter under the hood vent), microwave, toaster, and drip coffee maker (coffee and creamer provided).
BEDROOM: King bed, two nightstands with lamps, DOHM sound machine, diffuser with essential oil, dresser, full-length mirror, and WFH space (desk with plugs and charging station and desk chair), robes, and walk-in closet with stacked washer and dryer.
BATHROOM: Full bathroom with stall-style shower.
OUTSIDE: Fire pit, grill, saltwater pool with water slide (open early May- mid September), and plenty of outdoor seating.
NOTE: The pool will close mid September and reopen mid to late May.

NOTE: The pool will close mid September and reopen in mid May, both dependant on weather. Opening is further dependent on chemical balancing.
