The Backyard- Has 3 levels of Decks (with lots of outdoor furniture) overlooking the beautiful St Joe River! Sit and Drink your morning coffee, watch the sunrise,Grab the Kayaks and explore the river, or Throw out a line and catch Smallmouth Bass right off the huge concrete seawall! The opposite bank is all protected woodlands so you will have lots of privacy & you will not want to leave! Upstairs Bedroom has a large patio. door that leads onto a separate deck that also overlooks the river!

Bedroom #2 Is also on the main level,Has a Queen bed and also has a closet. There is a dedicated work space with a desk and chair located in the side of this room. This Bedroom has a large sliding glass patio door that looks out over the river and you can step right onto the back porch!
Bedroom #3 is located upstairs, Has a Queen bed as well as a Daybed with a pullout Trundle (Sleeps 2) This bedroom has a large sliding glass patio door that leads out onto its own deck overlooking the River!
Bedroom #4 is a part of the Multipurpose room, Has a Queen bed and 2 bunk beds!**All the beds have brand new Memory Foam mattresses!!
Multipurpose Room- This large room has a “second Living Room,” (2 couches and a recliner) that are set up complete with a fireplace and a 65” TV! Perfect for larger groups or kids to hang out in! Large shuffleboard will provide good entertainment and memories!! This is also the room that contains the Queen bed and 2 bunk beds!

Summary: The property was gorgeous. However the cleanliness of the house was pretty disappointing. The inside was mainly just dusty but all the furniture was full of crumbs, pills, money. Pretty gross. The main reason we stayed was for the beautiful back deck and river. The deck was so disgusting, covered in bird poop, spider webs, filth. I think they need a better cleaning company with higher standards. This was not the cheapest place to stay by any means. So when I pay more for I for sure didn’t expect to have to clean right when we got there.
