Gorgeous sunrises, and up close river views from multiple balconies or the huge covered screened in porch on lowest level with it's own fireplace and bar area. Lots of nearby restaurants! Playalinda Beach is a 22 minute drive and the Cape Canaveral Birding Trail is 15 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a 15 minute drive. Cocoa Beach is also nearby and Disney theme parks are exactly a one hour drive! There is a kayak rental business just two addresses north. The inside of this townhouse features a beamed ceiling great room with huge windows and an 85" big screen TV. All four bathrooms have just been remodeled. There is a large front room with a brand new pool table. The townhome has over 3500 sq. ft. for you to spread out and enjoy! There is also parking for up to four vehicles. Please note that our HOA has concerns about guests using the common areas and dock and we ask that you do not go onto dock.
