Beautyful historical fishermen‘s house with chimney and central heating, completely renovated in 2010. The house is located in Premia de Mar‘s historic center, only a 3 -minutes-walk to the sea with its wide sandy beach at the Costa Maresme. You will find anything for your daily needs in the close surrounding: bakeries, supermarkets and nice little boutiques located at the near shopping street as well as sunny street cafés in the neighborhood.
In the small streets around the house are free parking places. Furthermore there is a parking deck in 100 meter distance.
The station is a 10 minutes walk away where trains to Barcelona arrive all 8 - 10 minutes and take 28 minutes to reach Plaça de Catalunya, the city center of Barcelona.

Summary: Our recent trip to Barcelona was made more pleasurable with our stay at this stunning house. The property was immaculate and maintained to very high standards. I absolutely loved the courtyard where we ate breakfast every morning with delicious food from the local bakers. The bedding and towels were all very good quality, and thoughtful gestures of water and milk on arrival were greatly appreciated. Our host Bernd was wonderful. He was thorough in his explanation of the property and its surroundings. The local restaurants serve excellent quality food with a lovely atmosphere and service. I would highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone wanting a luxury stay during their vacation.
