Our property is perfect if you seek peace and tranquility. You can fall asleep to the sound of the creek and the breeze moving through the trees. Homestead Cottage is very simple—no frills; a place to connect with nature and one another. There is a large stone fire pit with overhead lights to enjoy. Take a chair and relax beside the creek. We have a king-sized bed in the bedroom overlooking the creek, with a window air conditioner. The bedroom has a very small attached half bathroom, and there is a full bathroom as well. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, and microwave. There is also a propane BBQ/gas grill for you to use. The ceiling height in the kitchen/first floor is low. This is one of the cottages on the property; there are others as well that are lived in full-time. There are sometimes turkeys, chickens, and always a dog or two about, as well as two cats.
