This 100 year old house is situated next to a train track, making it a dream come true for train enthusiasts. The train passes by approximately 10-12 times a day and night, but newly installed windows help minimize noise disruption.
Please note, if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the ideal home for you.
We are 7 minutes from Six Flags Darien Lake, 25 min from Batavia Downs horse track & casino, 30 min from Buffalo airport and 1 hour from Niagara Falls.
This home offers everything you would look for in a getaway, contemporary decor with lots of space indoor for relaxation.
A coffee bar is provided with a Keurig and K Cups. We also like to keep the "Bed and Breakfast" tradition by offering baked goods from our local bakery. If you have any allergies please let me know ahead of time.
FYI This is a side by side home .
The backyard is newly renovated. Pets are welcome but we please ask you to pay the pet fee and to keep your pets on leashes at all times.

We offer a spacious multi level four bedroom home with 2 baths. The space is perfect for couples, groups of friends or families wanting to explore Western New York.
Guest will have access to four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, dining room, kitchen, front yard/porch, 2 car driveway (possibly 3)
Basement and owners side will be locked off.
The town of Darien has a very strict policy of only 8 people for short term rentals- this includes infants. Please do not bring more than 8 people. There is a very steep fee if any extra guests are in the house.
We do allow pets!
