Fully applianced kitchen, peloton bike, Record player with records and Bluetooth, smart TV’s in every room! Just 1.2 Miles to Harwich's beloved Red River Beach on the Nantucket Sound. Our home is completely renovated inside and out! As soon as you enter, you'll notice beautifully refinished hardwood floors & freshly painted interior decorated in a cozy coastal vibe! This home has a semi-open floor plan that allows for great entertaining throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen area, while the bedrooms are set apart and provides privacy. White kitchen, soft close cabinets, granite counter tops, large slider that connects to a beautiful new deck and natural gas grill. You’ll have all the necessities for meal prep and cookouts! The master bedroom “Captain's Quarters” suite is right off the kitchen in the east wing of the home - it’s our sailboat themed room and features a king sized bed, 50” flat screen smart TV, walk in closet, & full bath! In the west wing, “Bedroom 2” features tasteful sea shell/ coral decor, a queen sized bed, a 37” smart tv, & closet! “Bedroom 3” is our under the sea theme! It has a full sized bed, twin bunk beds, a 43” smart tv, & closet! This room is perfect for the kids to escape to and play board games, video games or watch movies. This home will also have a Full sized futon for an extra sleeping area. If you're a Peloton enthusiast, you're in luck! You won't be missing any weekly streaks if you stay with us...just bring your riding shoes! There is also a large fire pit near the shed, in a leveled area seating area - Its a perfect way to end the night!
Located in South Harwich, you'll find that this home is close to all you're favorite "Lower Cape" towns, like Chatham, Brewster & Orleans! When you stay in Harwich, you're able to soak up ALL that the cape has to offer, since its pretty much under an hour to EVERYTHING! Public transportation allows groups to split up and explore various parts of the cape independently. Falmouth is 1 hr west, Provincetown is 1 hr north, The Ferry to Nantucket is just minutes away, and the Martha’s Vineyard ferry is 20 minutes away in Hyannis. All of Harwich/Harwichport saltwater Beaches are located on the calm, warm waters of the Nantucket Sound, which makes for nicer swimming - especially for little ones! If you want more waves or for surfing you’ll want to head east/North east and go to beaches on the Atlantic Ocean side such as Nauset beach, Nauset Lighthouse beach or Coast Guard beach among others! Harwich is a special gem & its one of the best places to stay in Cape Cod for couples/families who like to be outdoors as the bike trail runs through Harwich on the way to the Outer Cape and the Conservation Lands offer some incredible hiking options. We are just 1/3 of a mile to The Old colony Rail trail which connects to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. YOu can cycle your self all over the cape if you choose! If you're here for a wedding at Wequassett Resort or Wychmere Beach Club, they are located right in town as well!
