Positive: Location is perfect and facilities around
Negative: The flat was and seems not usually properly cleaned, just usual housekeeping clear dust was detected over the oven, toilet needs deep cleaning, and roaches were detected in several areas of the flat. The owner offered to do pest control, however this was impossible after we already checked in with three kids with us and one of them was already sick so had to keep him at the flat for these days After all this, i asked for late check in for one extra hour and we were asked for 150 pesos to pay which is a minor amount; however given what happened, it would have been a good will gesture to grant for free. By the end, we paid this small amount. One wooden item was broken in the kitchen also which we didn’t use but still new item was bought and we paid for it. Need considerable enhancement on customer service level. Very strict and attentive on their benefits and assets, and hopefully to consider that customers are also part of their assets. Been around the globe on several accommodations, and honestly never witnessed something like this so far.
Summary: Proper maintenance and thorough inspection/pest control for the flat should be done before any occupation epsecially
