Spacious beachfront house on the west end of Panama City Beach is perfect for family gatherings and friend reunions. Enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, get your toes in the sand, watch spectacular sunsets, and make lifetime memories. Claire's Beach Cottage offers all that, and allows you to feel like you are "right at home". The place to put your cares aside and focus on what matters...time with those you love and appreciating the blessings of life!

We have always prided ourselves with the detail to which we clean and disinfect
our home; absolute cleanliness is a priority. Our enhanced practice provides a multi-step process of cleaning, disinfecting/sanitizing, with extra special attention to high touch areas. Our guests continuously give us a 5 star rating on cleanliness!
AMENITIES-
Our home is just over 2,000 sf with 2 large decks, one partially covered. Parking available for 6 vehicles which includes covered parking for 2 vehicles.
The property features 4 large bedrooms with 2 king and 4 queen platform beds and sleeps a maximum of 12 people; no "nook and cranny" sleeping here. Soft, quality linens in all bedrooms and bathrooms...oh did we mention, we have 3 FULL bathrooms!
Open kitchen and living areas with direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. A fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig and an automatic drip coffee maker, full-size microwave, 4-slice toaster, blender, crock-pot, hand mixer, electric can opener, an array of cookware and bakeware, and glass-top stove with rapid preheat oven. Plenty of seating available in dining, living and bar areas.
Living room and all bedrooms have Smart TVs with streaming services and free Wi-Fi. NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, we cannot control service interruptions.
Full size, High-energy W/D, ironing board w/iron. Portable Graco pack-n-play (bedding not provided).
Keep YOUR things and OURS free of sand, as you leave the beach, with a shower and foot faucet (beach level). Also, enjoy the real beach experience with an outdoor shower (deck level) - - private and enclosed - - with HOT and COLD running water.
Our 2023 upgrades will have you wanting to extend your stay at Claire's Beach Cottage. The extra large composite deck, walkway and stairway to beach equipped with solar lighting will be the gathering spot when you've had enough of the beach. There is more than ample space for lounging, socializing or dining. A new polywood table with seating for 6 and a shade from the sun will encourage outdoor dining and sunset watching. At the foot of the deck stairs, you find a large landing with a shower and foot spigot for rinsing the sand off before taking a reprieve from the heat in our updated Florida room.
For those who love to grill, we've added a 256 square inch park style charcoal grill, with a 4-level adjustable grate and a rotating firebox.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...
We are within 7 miles of Pier Park, scenic Hwy 30a, and many recreational activities; yet, tucked away from the crowds. Less than 1 mile away is Publix and Winn Dixie grocers as well as CVS and Dollar General. If you don't want to spend hours at the grocery store to get the house stocked for your vacation, Publix Grocery, Fresh Market, Target and Beach Butlers all offer delivery to your door. Dining options span the spectrum of casual beach side to fine dining, several within walking distance. Many local restaurants also offer delivery. This area is surrounded with a plethora of golf courses, water activities, charter fishing, nature and bike trails in addition to the shopping and dining options. Information provided in Amenities section, and in our welcome package. We also provide a list of eateries and local activities for our guests prior to arrival.
