Positive: Carefully tendered cottage, clean and tidy, very good gas grill.

Negative: Violation of expectations mostly. You won't understand from the nice description that the tiny kitchen doesn't even have running water and a sink - you'd have to go outside to manually clean your dishes, even if it's raining there. Or that the only cesspool type toilet is 40m from the cottage itself. Or that the "direct access to the beach" mean you'd have to go ~500m through local settlement to find some beach near a marina, which...could be better, tbh. Otherwise it's nice, but a quarter past 21st century one would expect some comfort things available in a location by default. I have no explanation why is not started upfront in the description.

Summary: Could be a nice stay, if expectations were managed property
