Our apartment house in rural style is located only 800 m from the pedestrian zone Seefeld, on a little busy side street and is oriented to the south. In front of the house a lawn with deck chairs, table tennis, trampoline, other play equipment, a play hut for children and grill oven. To the wooded hill behind the house leads a staircase to a pergola, it is like an alp - hence the name Landhaus Almidyll! In principle, we have three recreation rooms in the garden: sunbathing area, terrace and the hilltop. From the terrace in winter with appropriate snow conditions tobogganing for children is possible! The 6 apartments are fully furnished (flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave). In the basement: Upon request, sauna, infrared cabin and laundry room are available. Distances to the ski areas: 600 m to the training ground Geigenbühel and 200 m to the stop of the free ski and village bus.
