Perfect for a staycation getaway or overnight stay to walk to UBS stadium for events. This cozy basement studio is designed with a queen size bed, bathroom with individual shower and small kitchenette with a separate side entrance. Nothing fancy.
The space is conveniently located near airports, dining, parks and the beaches are about 30 minute drive.
Property is a traditional style home with a side entrance. Entrance is through the driveway right side gate which leads to the basement (downstairs)
There’s no access to the backyard but there are parks and hiking trails nearby.
If you’re quite tall (5’11+) it may be uncomfortable for you once you step into the living space. There’s a 6” difference once you step into the kitchenette and bed area.
Our home is RESIDENTIAL, and we have neighbors, so we ask that you keep noise down to a minimum after 11p and ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. The LIRR train station is 3 minute walk and only 2 blocks away.

Summary: There are a few things I want to say but to be fair I’ll say this one if you are over 5’9” don’t do it I’m lucky I don’t have a concussion I’m 6’1” and hit my head numerous times, as a oversized couple the bed besides being up against the wall was questionable in support of two people so I spent my time on the couch which one had stains and an Odor, and the better of the two was caving in the middle. The so-called kitchenette, is just a fridge and a microwave so we had to eat out all week and waste money unnecessarily Although she is responsive in communicating we at one point made a verbal agreement and then she went back on her word unexpectedly which left us in a situation where we where blindsided and unprepared Overall if you need a stay for just yourself and need a roof over your head there it is but don’t expect anything else
