The Space:
This gorgeous North-facing elevated apartment is a real gem, offering a unique and welcoming vibe, with huge double height windows that feel sky high. You can feel the calm green space from Trumper Park pour in and complement the calming and comfortable interior vibe.
The entry level is a spacious, well designed open plan kitchen, dining, living, laundry and workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would require for a long-term stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine – a must in our books! The mezzanine bedroom is uber cool with an original solid concrete stencilled ceiling and a clear elevated view through the oversized windows. There is allocated wardrobe space and a large modern ensuite bathroom.
The neighbourhood is buzzing, but with acoustic sound proofing it’s super quiet inside the apartment. It’s a perfect place to work from ‘home’ ...or kick back on the couch and binge on Netflix. The reverse cycle aircon will keep you warm in Winter and cool in Summer. Set on level 3, the apartment can be accessed by lift or stairs.
