The space
The 4 Bedroom, 3.5 bathroom highly styled designer house is based in a very quiet friendly estate a few minutes walk to the train station and in the heart of the village.
The house has recently been refurbished and styled to a very high standard. Comfort, convenience and a cool space to chill is at the heart of everything this house stands for. The design creates a home from home atmosphere with carefully chosen furnishings, colour schemes and all mod cons and top of the range amenities to make your stay five star plus.
Surrounding the house are wonderful green lawns and a back garden which is very private and offers a tranquil space to unwind and live like a local.
The front door opens into a long hallway with staircase and the downstairs large open plan large sitting room which leads onto the open plan kitchen. The sitting room provides a luxurious space to relax and gather in with large sofa and 2 large armchairs. The open fire provides the ultimate in comfort. 2 complimentary baskets of logs and turf are supplied for your comfort.
The kitchen is wonderfully decorated and fitted with all modern appliances and has tons of storage space. It is well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. It is a perfect kitchen to cook up a storm and enjoy a wonderful evening in. The patio doors open fully out to lead into the garden which overlooks the nearby woods.
The island seats 4 people, the dining table seats 6.
There is a powder room/ half bathroom downstairs and a utility room with washer / dryer and storage area for firewood and cleaning materials. plus a microwave
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 en-suite and a large family bathroom . All bedrooms are supplied with:

Bedroom 1 The Balcony en suite Bedroom
This is a large size bedroom with a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden and the surrounding village. The bed is king size and is decorated in a lovely grey colour. The ensuite bathroom is a lovely relaxing grey colour with an electric power shower and lots lots of storage space.
Bedroom 2 Front double bedroom
A very cute bedroom with cosy double bed. Decorated in blue the room is very peaceful and has a relaxing feel. Guests who stay in this room will have access to the main family bathroom.
Bedroom 3 Single room
This is a single bed in cast iron. It is a very comfortable size for 1 adult or child. Guests who stay in this room have access to the family bathroom
The family bathroom
Situated on the 1st floor: the bathroom has a fabulous bath as well as a rain fall power shower. The bathroom is decorated to a perfect finish with panelling and funky tiles.
Bedroom 4 = The attic suite
The attic suite expands across the second floor. It comprises of a bedroom, and a large walk in bathroom. It is a very large space covering the top of the house. It offers great privacy and has wonderful view over the nearby woodland.
The attic has a large super king bed with matching furniture and oodles of storage and hanging space. The full bathroom has a power shower, and is beautifully decorated in industrial style decor and fittings. Here is a 42 inch tv with sky box
The house is situated in a very safe and friendly neighbourhood. The village is well known for its restaurants.
