Great restaurants, cafes and attractions close by. The EcoSanctuary is a 5 minute drive and I've heard the Japanese Restaurant has the best Ube ice cream! Visit the historic Careys Bay Hotel for fantastic food on the seaside, specialising in fresh off the boat seafood. Port Chalmers has most of what you need; a gas station, four square, multiple cafes and restaurants, a museum, small walks including the rhododendron garden and a beautiful old church.
We are pet friendly and have an amazing dog walking beach 6 minutes drive away called 'Long Beach'. Your dog is allowed inside the house, just not on the furniture please 😊
It is a 15 minute drive to North Dunedin and about a 20 minute drive to Central Dunedin.

The couch upstairs unfolds into a bed making a 3rd sleeping area. Comfort level is average so we put an extra mattress on top for more comfort.
