A great House for a great Price! This perfect roomy home with a split floorplan and over 2300 square feet of living space with open design and high ceilings just had a complete makeover in Fall of 2021 with the Luxury Vinyl Flooring in living areas all four bedrooms and a new stylish Outdoor Dining Set and four Sun Loungers have also been added.
A bright foyer opens to the living room with comfy beige leather sofas on one side and the family room with stylish grey sectional sofa with large ottoman, entertainment center and large TV on the other side. A spacious kitchen with tons of counter space, a breakfast nook with pool view, and a large bar is the center piece of this house. The kitchen is well equipped.
The main living room with adjacent dining area overlooks the spacious lanai and beautiful pool, with views of the sparkling canal with all kind of wildlife. The Master Suite comes with King bed, 2 nightstands, TV and dresser and a roomy bathroom with dual sinks, garden tub, separate walk-in shower and a walk-in-closet. There is a Junior Suite with Queen bed, night stands, dresser, TV, with a large walk in closet, on suite bath with shower and direct access to the lanai and pool area. The 2 additional guest bedrooms come with two Twin beds each and with lots of closet space. They share a bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub and direct access to the pool area. Open the wall of pocketing sliding glass doors in the Great Room to extend your living space out to the oversized screened lanai and pool. You will fall in love with the screened lanai area, offering privacy and plenty of space to enjoy outdoor living and the beautiful yard with a tropical bench overlooking the water. There is a gas grill and always plenty of sun for you to enjoy waiting on the pooldeck, a laundry room, two car garage and bikes for you to explore the area. There is a bike trail starting close to the house.
