The house is on the high side of a one-way street adjoining ocean parkland that leads down to the beach. It is located at the water's edge between Coogee Beach and an idyllic Gordons Bay.
It is a spacious, renovated federation style home with high ornamental ceilings, front and rear verandahs and expansive leafy private garden, all set in a quiet coastal street.
The house is very comfortable, all at one level.
It features, three double bedrooms, a living / dining room and modern, well equipped kitchen looking out onto a sunny courtyard with a meals table.
We have a carport and parking for two cars is available.
You will enjoy a dream walk-to-everywhere coastal lifestyle. Footsteps to the surf and sand, an array of Coogee village restaurants, including the iconic Coogee Pavilion, beachfront cafes and bars, cosmopolitan attractions, gourmet food stores, entertainment, cinema, supermarkets and boutique shops.
The stunning Coogee beach, with its 4 ocean rock pools is a 2 minute walk away. It is ideal for swimmers, sunbathers, snorkelers, paddleboarders and sunbathers. It is also a perfect playground for children with a special children’s pool. It is surrounded by grassed picnic and barbeque areas. You may be lucky to spot a pod of dolphins, gropers, turtles and a variety of fish when snorkelling, and near winter you will see migrating whales.
We are on the coastal reserve and on the ocean scenic walk Coogee - Bondi Beach, and moments from snorkelling at Gordon's Bay and the cliffs of Clovelly.
Minutes away are the iconic Wylie's Baths, great for both lap swimming and water play. They have a café, hot showers and yoga, pilates, tai-chi classes on an outdoors deck with breathtaking ocean views and space for family meals, meeting and computer work.
The nearby Ladies Baths have a cozy grassy area and all facilities, including neighbourhood library, hot showers and changing rooms.
On northern side of Coogee beach you can enjoy Giles Baths rock pool, and on the southern side John Ross pool and children's rock pool.
You're perfectly situated to visit all of Sydney's iconic attractions:
