This vacation home in a gated community was built in 2022 with a brand new interior design, furniture, and appliances. It is on the second floor and features a 120-m² (1300-square-feet) private outdoor terrace with a 20-m² (215-square-feet) glass sunshine hut encompassing a shower facility. The 88-m² (950-square-feet) apartment has indoor three bedrooms, one full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room with a dining area. It is family, kid, and pet friendly.

The building has an elevator and is connected to an underground parking facility that is temporarily free in 2023. Ground areas between residential buildings and outside of the gated community can also be used for free parking. The apartment has underfloor heating, warming your comfort during winter visits. In addition to high speed Wi-Fi internet, you may enjoy a 55" LED smart TV in the living room. The bright kitchen provides a four-door French-door large capacity fridge, two natural-gas stoves, and a powerful ventilation. Numerous restaurants featuring local specialties and a variety of Chinese and international cuisine styles are waiting for you to experience in adjacent areas. Several supermarkets and convenience stores are within walking distance, including Hualian Gouwu, Xinshiji Supermarket, Duoyouhao, and Qianrunfeng.
