The space
Get ready for the perfect beach getaway! This peaceful and spacious home is fully equipped with everything you need for your large group or retreat and feels welcoming from the moment you walk in the door.
Upon entering you will find a large and comfortable sectional with plenty of plush pillows, throw blanket, recliner, coffee table, board games and fireplace for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Plus enjoy our 55" Smart TV with sound system perfect for movie or game nights.
The kitchen features a kitchen island and bar stools, and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and even a wine cooler! In the cabinets you will find plenty of high quality cookware, glasses, plates and utensils for preparing meals. Plus enjoy our Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K cups provided for your stay!
The dining area features a large and elegant table with seating for six. Plus enjoy the view of the spacious backyard with outdoor dining area and firepit.
We also have a work/study desk with comfortable chair next to the dining area and there is one half bathroom across from the kitchen.
Upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a large and private bathroom and balcony, 50" TV with Amazon firestick, and comfy king size bed, dresser, and fireplace.
The first bedroom on the left side of the hallway has a queen size bed and dressers and 32" TV with Amazon firestick. and are connect The smaller bedroom has a bunkbeds and futon that folds down into a full size bed, perfect kids or friend groups.
Next to the smaller bedroom is another full size bathroom with bathtub and shower. Bath and hand towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided complimentary in each bathroom.
In the hallway you will find a comfortable reading nook with leather recliner and a variety of books along the shelves. Plus right outside of the middle hallway door is another small balcony with hammock perfect for enjoying the breeze or taking a nap after a day at the beach!
We also have a laundry room with washer and dryer and large hallway closet for ample storage space.
