The Space:
With spectacular water views from most rooms 'The Deck @ Tuross Head' has been thoughtfully set up to ensure you enjoy a stylish yet relaxed stay.
On the entry level, both the living area & spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher adjoin the huge sun deck with a gas barbecue & outdoor meals area. The second bathroom plus the laundry are also located on this level.
Upstairs, a sitting area with 2nd television & large deck feature more spectacular sea views. The two bedrooms, both with deck access, views & comfy queen beds are serviced by a 3-way bathroom with shower, bath tub and separate wc.
Beautiful beaches & lakes for swimming, fishing & surfing along with village shopping facilities are just a 5 minute drive from the property.
Comfy sofas, quality beds & generous outdoor areas ensure The Deck @ Tuross Head will become a firm favourite with couples & families.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & both living areas at the Premises - excluding the locked store cupboards on the upper level.
The Neighborhood:
The house has spectacular views over Coila Lake and to the ocean beyond. Coogee Street is a quiet residential neighbourhood. Coila Lake is a short walk along adjoining Foam Street.
Beautiful beaches & lakes for swimming, fishing & surfing along with village shopping facilities are just a 5 minute drive from the property.
Getting Around:
Coogee Street is a quiet residential street - wide enough for parking on both sides, with natures strips allowing safe walking passage off of the road. The nearby pathway links both sides of the village!
Tuross Head is a no-thru town - as such there is very little traffic, making driving and walking in the village stress free.

• 51% of total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation. This, along with the completion of your guest registration confirms your booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in.
• Where the date of arrival is within 30 days the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation.
• Where payment is declined on 3 occasions the booking will be cancelled.
𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at The Deck Tuross Head (when booked as the '2-bedroom option'). The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start will receive a 50% refund. The booking fee is not refundable. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via card, the guest will receive their set refund minus card payment processing fees. A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; Guest numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 4 persons including adults & children (when booked as the '2-bedroom option').
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at The Deck. The property is non smoking internally.

We are Lyne Gatty Real Estate, located right here in Tuross Head. Our usual practice is to meet guests at the house on arrival and give you a brief tour of the house and its features. A keysafe for 24-hour check in is available.
