Positive: The condo was comfortable and the view was great. Staff was wonderful as usual. We got to see the lighted boat parade for the 1st time ever after going here for years! It was a great spot to watch it. We were pleased there were 2 bathrooms in the condo and also a washer and dryer.

Negative: I don't care for the older building. There are a lot of stairs to climb, and my husband and I both have bad knees, also my dog was just recently diagnosed with hip dysplasia so it made it difficult to go anywhere. I will be sure to request the newer building from now on where there is an elevator.
