A 1930's restored cottage placed perfectly along the Millstream with large mature trees in a large backyard overlooking the Millstream.
This home has 4 bedrooms including 3 king size beds and a double bed, all made with luxurious bedding.
Featuring a dining area and breakfast nook with 4 spacious living areas.
A studio suite is located in the lower level of the home featuring a king size bed, family room, kitchenette and a bathroom. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs for privacy, and a outdoor entrance leading into the backyard.

Summary: The house was sweet and comfy! The location was great - easy to get to all kinds of activities. It was also peaceful and quiet for some downtime - nice views of farmland and a wood side creek, too!
