A large four bedroom home situated in a peaceful court located directly on the North Arm with amazing views of the township, North Arm, 90 Mile Beach and farmland across the Arm. The town and beach are a short four minute drive away or a lovely 15 minute walk with views of the water along the way.

Split levelled house with four queen bedrooms, three living areas and 2.5 bathrooms. Great for large families, groups or anyone wanting space.

A well set up kitchen and dining room.

There is ample off street parking and a double garage.

The house is located a four minute drive to town (or an enjoyable 15 minute walk with amazing water views along the way).

Amazing bird life with parrots, Rosellas and Kookaburras dropping in each day for a feed.
