Positive: the cleanliness and space of the room . availability of the kitchen and supplies . very cozy and neat looking.

Negative: the smell of the drainage . In FInland it is typical that it smells when it runs dry. put some lemon extract like natural odor REMOVER , even charcoal to absorbs FOUL smell. SMELLY PLACE feels DIRTY even it is physically clean.
