This is your true beachside holiday on the stunning Mornington Peninsula 300m from the beach, 5 mins drive to Rye, access to the entire house, and great for families or a group of friends with WIFI and trampoline.
THE SPACE
This property abounds in spaces large enough for a sizeable group but is also suitable for a bit of quiet time. Tootgarook Beach House has an open plan living area, three bedrooms that sleep 12 guests, and two bathrooms. Outside is well equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
Tootgarook Beach House caters to all your holiday needs and is very affordable.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Summary: Property operated by a company who respond promptly. House was ok, mostly clean and as described. We were told that BBQ was clean and functional we found it in filthy condition and unusable. Regards Snehal
