Summary: Very clean and comfortable room. The bed was VERY soft (we are used to a firm mattress) so be prepared for that. Kitchen was spacious and living room was cozy. Location was close to boat ramps, parks and bigger Bay City area so nothing was too far, while feeling like you were in a very quiet part of the town. Host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She had several recommendations for us that were perfect.
