This traditional Eagles Mere cottage is located on the north side of Pennsylvania Avenue, halfway between the town and beach. The cottage offers 9 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

FIRST FLOOR: The entryway looks straight through the cottage to the beautiful porch and deck which face the lake. A covered airy porch opens to both the living room with cable TV and the dining area that seats up to 10. Stroll through the butler’s pantry to the kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The laundry room with washer and dryer and a half bath is also located on the main level.

SECOND FLOOR: A bedroom with a King size bed with lake view and a television for the night nights; 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each; 1 room with a twin size bed; 2 daybeds on a sleeping porch/game room; and 3 full bathrooms to complete the second floor
