Summary: I stayed at this property for 10 days end of May to early June 2025, check in was easy, the townhome was nice, pictures advertised were accurate although the amenities listed a hot tub which didn't exist. The property was clean but the bbq grill was very dirty, whoever used it never cleaned the grates or the exterior of the grill, I didn't even want to use it, the guests have a 150 cleaning fee added to their payment when booking so you should expect everything to be clean (Try to find a property that doesn't include cleaning fees, they are out there). Overall it's a nice place, walking distance about 15 minute walk to the public beach. Also I messaged the owner about the patio screen that was ripped when I arrived but he never responded back also your supposed to have 3 parking spots but alot of times someone else was taking those spots up. Neighbors were also friendly.
