38 Pleasant Street consists of 2 buildings- the main house and a separate carriage house. All bedrooms and the living room feature wall mounted HD flat screen televisions. In the main house, four (4) of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and king or queen size beds. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. The separate studio features a king size bed, mini-split a/c unit, en-suite bathroom and wall mounted flat screen TV.
The grassy backyard is private quiet and has an in-ground hot-tub. There is a raised deck off of the kitchen with a dining table for 8 and a gas grill.
The house comes equipped with fine linens, a ping pong table, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella and a cooler as well as dinner service for 10 and a lobster pot- perfect for a day on the beach followed by a Lobster In The Rough dinner.
