Positive: Ren is amazing and went above and beyond for us, adding extra snacks to the fridge and was able to adjust the spa cut off time so we could enjoy the beautiful property outside a little longer into the evening, and was extremely accommodating and understanding with a later check out when the alarm clock failed to wake us in time. Very quiet and respectful, but always reachable quickly if needed. Ren's property is a slice of peaceful heaven tucked away ready for you to relax! Next time we plan on booking one of her famous massage packages for extra pampering 💜

Negative: Nothing. The Rules are minimal and very clear - it really does feel like a home away from home
