Positive: We (couple, between 30-50 years old) stayed here for 2 weeks during summer. It's basically a whole house you're renting, which is great because it has all of the conveniences like a dishwasher, separate living room and kitchen and also the location is amazing: right on the edge of the city, almost rural, but still with all the conveniences closeby. It's so peacefull and quiet here, definitely what we were looking for. There is a small terrace in the garden that looks over a little field and the sun hits it in the evening so it's a lovely place to sit and drink some wine. If you're a vivid biker or like going on long walks, this is a good place to book a holiday. You need to bring your own bikes though. The lady also has her own massage salon in the building, so if you're into massages that's super convenient. On top of all this the owners of the house are absolutely lovely. It's a couple with kids and they live next door. They are super friendly and helpful, for example: they gave us a tiny trashcan for the bathroom the day after we told them there wasn't one but we needed it. The lady also brought us delicious homemade apple pie with apples from their own garden and that was definitely the highlight of our stay.

Negative: This didn't bother us in the slightest, but if you book this house you need to realise it's more of a rural place and a bit older too. So adjust your expectations accordingly: there are going to be some spiders inside, not all the doors work smoothly and the bathroom doesn't have ventilation apart from a window that can be opened. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer for us was the fact that the details were not cleaned. Like the coffee machine and inside the dishwasher. Everything else was clean though.
