The first floor has three bedrooms and a full bathroom, along with a deck off the west bedroom. On the second floor there is a kitchen/dining room/living room and one bedroom with a full bathroom and large deck with bay views. Also about 100 feet away there is a sea wall for crabbing, fishing and watching a beautiful sunset.

Summary: Loved the property, home was as advertised. Clean & comfortable. Equipped with necessities, which we replaced, as we used. Quiet, great bay views. Even caught sight of an eagle & many egrets. Dolphins, at the beach. Big plus for us - 2 major storms - thunder & lightning - torrential rains - we're from the East Bay in CA, don't see rain for many months! (Stops @ Memorial Day, doesn't start again until late October) Felt like a real beach home- homey - not sterile, loved the extra touches! The dunes at the beach were incredible. Ocean was a tad wild, but warm, unlike where we live, can't go in water, without a wet suit! Really enjoyed our stay - after Labor Day - not crowded, at all. Very roomy! Good place for a family to hang out! Neighbors were a bit territorial about parking spaces - can only guess, they're owners & live there full time. We only had day visitors from PA. One week long visitor from Denver. Would definitely recommend, in September. No crowds anywhere, except on the promenade for a festival - that was really awesome, as well. Loved Sea Isle since I was a child, then a transplant,coming back to visit every other year, really awesome rental, glad we found it.Would definitely recommend.
