Villa Eirado is a delightful three bedroom villa located in the Varandas do Lago resort in the Algarve. Varandas do Lago lies between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. It is a short drive to Ancao beach with miles of golden sand and 2 Passos restaurant. A short walk along the beach will bring you to Garrao beach with many popular restaurants including Izzy's, Antonio's and Julia's. The town of Almancil is ten minutes by car. All the best golf courses the Algarve has to offer are within 10 kilometres. This holiday villa benefits from a private swimming pool, WiFi, games room and air-conditioning. This holiday rental sleeps up to 7 people.
The villa is built over two levels. The entrance leads to the living room with plenty of comfortable seating, satellite TV with a wide range of English channels, dining area and doors leading to the pool terraces. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, oven and central island. There is a games room with pool table, mini-football table, putting green, cycling machine and weights.
The villa has three bedrooms. Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa and has a double bed and adjacent bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The final bedroom has three single beds and and adjacent bathroom. Please note the ground floor bedroom does not have air-conditioning.
Outside there is a dining set under a covered terrace and brick built barbeque. The private pool is surrounded by pool terraces with sun loungers. To the front of the villa is private parking and a lawned garden.
