This lovely air-conditioned villa is situated at the edge of a traditional Greek village, Lardos and only 5km from the famous village of Lindos with its Acropolis. Villa Helios is in a quiet private cul-de-sac, only 3 minutes walk from the village square with many excellent tavernas and bars. The villa is one of the larger villas in the popular White Houses and the garden faces south with no houses overlooking the garden which is bordered by trees giving full privacy. The first floor has 2 patios, 2 double bedrooms and bathroom. The ground floor has a spacious lounge, fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. Outside are 3 terraces on the ground floor and a private swimming pool with outside shower and secluded garden with uninterrupted mountain views. There is a brick built barbecue and you can buy fresh meat or fish from either of the two butchers or the fishmonger in the village. The garden is well furnished with hardwood table and 6 chairs. It also has 6 sunbeds. The villa is set in a private road with large car port.
The villa has a Smart TV (new 2022) and Nova TV satellite package.
