To the right is a corridor leading to the bedrooms and the 1st floor.The attractive and stylish open-plan living area is air-conditioned and has three sections. The fully equipped kitchen features a large central island with 4-ring hob and double sinks. There is also an oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.The dining area is next to the kitchen and has a beautiful rustic style solid wood dining table and chairs seating up to 8 guests.The lounge area is spacious but cosy, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer beautiful views over the garden. This area is stylishly furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, some pouffes and a coffee table. There is a Smart TV, music system and an attractive fireplace for those cooler out of season evenings.
