Positive: Great fenced in backyard - perfect for our dog! Loved the fireplace, proximity to stores and restaurants and the beach, quiet neighborhood. Unit felt very clean, with plenty of seating and kitchen amenities.
Negative: It’s misleading to bill this as “3 minute walk to private beach”. The “beach” is pretty but tiny and you really can’t do anything there except sit on a bench - and it’s not the ocean. I had to scrub my wine glass before using it and my husband had to scrub a frying pan before using it. Walking through an adult’s bedroom to get to another one is awkward. Maybe put the twin beds in there and set up a more private space in the other bedroom for an older child, adult or couple? Bathrooms had no place to put things. Toilets were tiny.
Summary: It was a perfect place for us to have a short getaway, introduce our dog to the ocean and relax.
