It becomes very clear as you arrive at our home why we love it so much - the smell of the ocean, the pounding of the waves and THE VIEW! Just steps to Red River Beach and the back and side decks for a direct sight line to the Atlantic Ocean. You'll experience many spectacular sunrises and sunsets, ever changing views and tides from our deck. Our home is unique - because it's upside down! We're happy you've chosen our beach house for your vacation and hope your stay is special. .
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enjoy the sunrise and sunset on Nantucket Sound from the large wrap around deck with views from both levels. This home does NOT have Air Conditioning.
As you enter the front door there is a living area with a flat screen TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and sliding glass doors to a deck that offers views of Nantucket Sound and Red River Beach. This home also offers free WiFi to keep you connected. To the left of the living area is a hallway. Located on the left side is a closet with a full washer and dryer for your convenience. The first door on the right leads to a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower and tub combo, through the pocket door in this room there is a bonus shower. To the left is Bedroom #1 with a queen bed. To the right is bedroom #2 offering 2 twins beds and sliding glass doors to a balcony with views of Red River Beach.
Upstairs is an open, fully equipped kitchen and dining area offering seating for 8 with a view. The upstairs of this home hosts cathedral ceilings, plenty of light, unbeatable views, and even a flat screen tv. Open the sliding glass doors to the wrap around upper level deck. Enjoy outdoor dining while gazing at the sunset over Nantucket Sound. The deck table with umbrella has seating for 8.
To the right of the kitchen is a hallway. On the right of the hallway is bathroom #2, a full bathroom with shower, tub, and double sinks. This bathroom is also accessible from the Master Bedroom as an en suite. At the end of the hallway is the entrance to the Master bedroom which has a king bed, large skylight, and sliding glass doors to a balcony.
Wake up, step out on to the balcony, take in the sunshine, and breathe in the fresh ocean air. Welcome to Cape Cod!
